Hadoc support

Hadoc is made by Big Space Limited in New Zealand. One person reads the mail.

Write to support@bigspace.co.nz. Tell us what happened and what you expected instead. Your iPhone model and iOS version help; a screenshot helps more. We read every message, and there is one of us, so give it a day or two.

The things that come up most

Where is my stuff kept?
On your iPhone, in the app's own storage. There is no account and no server of ours, so nothing you write reaches us. The whole picture is in the privacy policy.

Dictation isn't turning what I say into text.
Dictation is off until you tap Dictate in the recorder. The first time you tap it, iOS asks for the speech recognition permission. If you declined, turn it on at Settings › Hadoc. Recordings still work without it — they're simply not transcribed, and not searchable by what was said.

I want my record out of the app.
Export takes out everything, or a single channel, as a JSON document or as a package with your media inside. Send it wherever you like. Import takes either back, on this phone or another.

I deleted something and I want it back.
There is no undo, and we cannot help: your dispatches are on your phone and we have no copy of them. If your iPhone backs up to iCloud or to a computer, a backup made before the deletion may still have it.

Which iPhones?
iPhone, iOS 18.2 or later, portrait.

Is there an account, a subscription, or advertising?
None of the three.
